Michael Darrouzet is a Board Member of The Physicians Foundation and Executive Vice President and CEO of the Texas Medical Association. Mr. Darrouzet previously served on the Board of Directors of the Parkland Foundation and the Southwest Transplant Foundation. He is the former President and Chairman of the North Texas Accountable Healthcare Partnership and the American Association of Medical Society Executives. He earned his bachelor of business administration in finance from The University of Texas at Austin, along with his master of science in health care administration from Trinity University in San Antonio.
