Program to develop a future generation of physician teacher / leaders

The training program will focus on training teacher / leaders to present clinical, performance improvement and healthcare policy topics both during the program and beyond. Participants will engage as students in learning modules and will also prepare modules to teach to their peers in the program. Participants will be mentored for a one-year period following the program as they complete two follow-up activities.
