Development and implementation of the Advanced Program to follow the success of the core program already in operation by the Center for Health Care Management

The project will develop advanced curriculum to build on a previous program, teaching leadership skills to include: leading high performance teams, advanced management communications, implementing strategy, managing change, and creativity and innovation. Classroom faculty will come from the Business School and similar institutions, and the course will include team workshops and a long-term project by each student.
