Integrated Program to Improve the Clinical Quality and Experience of Care in physician practice

Executive Summary: MHQP developed a collaborative to improve the patient experience within the clinical care context. A total of seven practices participated in the full collaborative. The results of this project indicate that committed solo practitioners can engage their staff in activities that can lead to better patient experience.  The grantee also states that the intervention appears to have improved the practices’ ability to provide team-based care.
