Support and coaching for Leadership College alumni to allow them to serve as mentors and faculty for incoming Leadership College scholars

The goal of this project is to recruit 20 physician leaders to participate in one-and-a-half day program on Coaching for Greater Effectiveness. The course is designed to teach the importance of developing and managing coaching relationships and adapting coaching style to personal leadership style for maximum effectiveness.
