Two-day summit for county medical society officers to train and motivate incoming leaders within the state medical association

The Presidents’ Retreat provided a statewide two-day educational conference for 80 newly installed officers of 39 county medical societies. New members to the TMA Board of Trustees were also in attendance. The main focus of the retreat was how to properly run a local medical association. Retreat planning and project management were conducted by TMA staff. Staff collaborated with association management experts during the planning and implementation of the project.
