Expansion of an existing physician leadership program

The Physician Leadership program includes three core subject areas: Quality of Care & Health Care’s Value Equation, The Business of Medicine and The Transformational Physician Leader. The University has been able to better identify the knowledge, skills and competency areas where physicians feel poorly prepared to manage their practices and intends to focus curriculum for the next two years on these areas.
