Initiative to build the capacity of the organization to address the needs of the physician community

Vermont Medical Society Foundation (VMSF) seeks to create an infrastructure to support a Physicians Resource Center for Vermont physicians. The first stage is to develop sustainable strategic and long-term business plans. A second componenet of building the infrastructure is to convene physician leaders for strategic planning to define emerging leadership challenges and to develop a statewide physician leadership strategy. Once the infrastructure is in place, VMSF intends to develop the Physicians Resource Center for Vermont physicians to address needs identified in a 2011 Physicians Needs Assessment.
