Initiative to develop and deliver a hybrid (online and face-to-face) physician leadership program for Washington State physicians

The WSM-ERF will partner with the University of Washington to develop and deliver an interactive hybrid distance learning model for physician leadership. It is designed to address the needs of four groups of physicians: young physicians in employed settings, solo or independent physicians who wish to become employed, physicians working in the outpatient setting and physicians who do not live in areas where advanced professional courses are available.
