Initiative to identify and train 50 physicians over the next five years
This is a 10-month emerging leader program to train physicians on the fundamentals of leadership. Sessions will be offered in changing locations across Florida and will include developing vision, developing strategy, change mastery, innovation and social responsibility. Physicians must commit to attending each of the five educational events. Upon completion, participants will be asked to commit to a leadership role with the FMA or hospital medical staff.
