Enhancing and Advancing the Effectiveness and Access of the Physician Health Program Model
Federation of State Physician Health Programs’s (FSPHP) mission is to support PHPs in improving the health of medical professionals, thereby contributing to quality patient care. Its vision is a society of highly effective PHPs advancing the health of the medical community and the patients they serve. Established to unify PHPs across the U.S., FSPHP empowers PHPs through best practices, accountability, and advocacy, promoting them as confidential, therapeutic alternatives to discipline. It fosters collaboration among PHPs, regulatory boards, and the medical community while advancing education, research, and leadership development.
FSPHP is launching 3 initiatives to enhance physician health programs (PHPs).
