Larry Downs is a Board Member and the Secretary of The Physicians Foundation. Mr. Downs serves as the CEO and General Counsel to the Medical Society of New Jersey. In addition, he is the Executive Director of the Institute of Medicine and Public Health of New Jersey. Mr. Downs holds a J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law and an undergraduate degree in public health from The Richard Stockton College of New Jersey.
