Program Overview
The Physicians Foundation’s Leadership Institute at Brandeis University offers a unique opportunity for practicing physicians to advance your practice environment, enhance your professional fulfillment, and elevate your leadership capabilities, through a program specifically designed to deepen your understanding of key health drivers and ensure physician perspectives help shape policy decisions.
Required Commitments
The program runs for 12 months, from September 2025 to September 2026, and includes:
In-Person Residencies |
Two in-person, five-day residencies at Brandeis University: September 2025 (September 26-October 1), and September 2026 (TBD). |

Virtual Monthly Sessions |
Virtual monthly instructional sessions on Saturdays from 9-5 p.m. ET from November 2025 – March 2026 and April 2026 – August 2026. |

Monthly peer coaching checkpoints |
Requirements

Physicians (M.D. or D.O.) in good standing.

Committed to a 12-month course of study with full participation in all in-person meetings at Brandeis University.
