This program will use the AMA definition of young physicians to include residents and fellows, and those in practice up to eight years or up to 40 years of age.The structure of the program is six four-hour sessions. Four sessions will focus on subject matter content; one session will focus on mentoring and coaching in regards to the skill-based project assignment, with the final session consisting of project presentations and an overall structured program reflection.
