Physician Leadership Project
The purpose of the grant is to build a program to train younger physicians in basic leadership and advocacy skills. Medical Educational and Scientific Foundation (MESF) will develop a leadership program targeting younger physicians. Specifically, the program will include a two day retreat for physician leaders. The retreat will include presentations, round tables, and small group discussions. Monthly conference calls will be offered throughout the year. MESF plans to offer Continuing Medical Education credits for the program.
