Utah Physician Leadership Development
The Utah Physician Leadership Development program consists of three courses: 1) Proven Skills for a New Era in Health Care is the basic course and is 2.5 days. 2) Health Care Innovation in Action is an advanced 2.5 day course that requires the basic course as a prerequisite. 3) Effectively Negotiating as a Woman Physician is a 3 hour course that is covering an issue that has been identified by participants of previous courses. The courses include case studies, exercises, and colleague discussions. The faculty for the program is comprised of Brigham Young University faculty of the Marriott School of Management, Department of Organizational Leadership and Strategy.
