Network of Ethnic Physician Organization: Reducing Stress and Physician Burnout Project
The California Medical Association (CMA) Foundation will host a multi-session track on physician burnout at the 2018 Network of Ethnic Physician Organizations (NEPO) Summit. The track will focus primarily on reducing stress and increasing the wellness of ethnic minority woman physicians. In year two of the project, the CMA Foundation will host NEPO regional meetings to provide physician education on topics of physician wellness. Both the NEPO Summit and regional meetings will provide physicians with opportunities to learn about techniques and practices to reduce stress and physician burnout.
