Building on the four successful years from 2016 to 2020 of the Physician Leadership Academy of South Florida (PLA), the Palm Beach County Medical Society plans to offer an enhanced physician leadership program which would build upon the knowledge acquired by the PLA experience. 

The PAGNY Health & Research Foundation, Inc. (PHRF) will provide a Coaching Skills Development Program for physicians in the NYC public hospital system.

KIPL’s overall approach is to provide practicing physicians and other members of the healthcare team experiential learning paired with mentoring and coaching to give them skills necessary to lead in a complex and rapidly changing environment.

This program is designed to deal with the reality that, for a variety of reasons, women physicians have become a growing and more important force in the delivery of health care but have not achieved leadership equilibrium with their male colleagues.

The Medical Society of Virginia Foundation plans to expand their Physician Leadership Institute, utilizing lessons learned from the 2019 cohort.

The primary purpose of the YPLC is to provide structured learning opportunities for young physicians to develop a comprehensive skill set that serves as a foundation for physicians to develop as educators and leaders.
