Ideal Medical Practices (IMP) is a 501(c)3 not for profit organization founded in 2009 with the mission to provide a roadmap, tools, and a community to clinicians and organizations who want to provide high quality, cost effective care. In order to fulfill this mission, the organization has adopted a three pronged approach: an annual “IMPCamp,” two monthly interactive phone calls offering a variety of quality improvement topics, and a robust online community where members can ask for assistance on the vexing issues of the day. Ideal Medical Practices works to reach out to small and solo physicians to teach them how to achieve higher quality and higher satisfaction in their practices. This funding will assist the following initiatives:
- to hire an Executive Director to work part time (20 hours/week)
- to use for marketing the IMP Organization and our Annual IMP Camp
- to use to help defray the cost of IMPCamp and improve the quality of IMPCamp
- to assist in defraying the cost of IMP Membership to those who are interested in the IMP message.
