Cathy Stratton is a Board Member of The Physicians Foundation and Chief Executive Officer of the New Hampshire Medical Society. Since joining the Society in 2024, she has focused on strengthening the physician community and advancing strategic engagement and communications.

Before her role in New Hampshire, Cathy spent 15 years with the Maine Medical Association and the American Society for Medical Association Counsel. At the Maine Medical Association, she managed the Maine Professionals Health Program, supporting the health and well-being of medical professionals statewide.

A Certified Association Executive, Cathy earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Bates College, where she majored in biology and completed a research thesis in immunology. Growing up in northern Maine also gave her early insight into the challenges rural communities face in accessing routine, specialty and emergency health care.
