Leadership program to promote business management skills for physician leaders in nonprofit mental health provider organizations
The Mental Health Physician Administrator Leadership (MH-PAL) program engaged physician leaders in mental health organizations in core courses in the Healthcare Executive Education Program, such as finance, marketing, information technologies, leadership development, and the application of these new skills to a continuous business planning seminar. Each participant brought a real problem to be solved and with mentoring support developed a “Business Plan” to address the issue.
