Program to develop physician leaders to guide patients through the changes to our health delivery system
Jefferson Physicians’ Foundation is developing physician leaders by sending 10 volunteer physician leaders (five each year over two years) to the Soul of Leadership Training at the Kellogg School of Management. These 10 physicians will then be expected to coach 20 additional physicians in the community each year. The physicians will also engage with community leaders to deliver information on healthcare reform.
