The Daniel Hanley Center for Health Leadership seeks to continue to develop its current leadership programs so that they are responsive to the need for leadership and management training for physicians at all levels of their career. A three-tier leadership program is under development for physicians at early, middle and later career points focusing on physician needs at various stages of leadership. Within five years, the Center plans to have developed a cadre of 200 physicians with skills in leadership and management who are prepared to lead efforts to improve healthcare delivery.
