Paul C. Harrington is a Board Member of The Physicians Foundation and the former Executive Vice President of the Vermont Medical Society. Mr. Harrington has nearly 30 years of experience in health policy, including six years as a health advisor to two U.S. Senate Committees and ten years of experience in state government, having served three terms in the Vermont House of Representatives and held appointed positions in the executive branch. He is an expert in healthcare reform and has extensively published and presented on healthcare access, quality measurement and payment. Mr. Harrington is a graduate of the University of Vermont.
