Stepping Up to Leadership Program

IMQ will offer “Stepping Up to Leadership – the IMQ/PACE Platinum Training Program for Physician Leaders” in a different format than in years past. Rather than the live, two day conference, the program will be developed into a series of twelve, one-hour segments available as live webinars as well as on line enduring materials. On-line programming is popular for busy clinicians, and many educators are using technology to counter dropping rates of in-person attendance. This program will cover topics that are most current and relevant to medical staff leaders as determined by the planning committee, including the frequently requested core topics of communication skills, handling disruptive or impaired professionals, suicide and burnout in physicians, and workplace violence.
