In-house management training for mid-career physicians

The project will develop an in-house leadership training program for mid-career physicians at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. Likely components of the program will include ‘360 degree’ assessments of participants by their hospital colleagues, a Myers Briggs self-assessment and the creation of individual development plans, coupled with management training and mentoring.
