Web-based tools and other resources to inform, educate and train physicians and their care teams on the effective strategies and practices to select and implement certified EHR technology, and put it to meaningful use

Executive Summary: The goal of the project is to support physicians’ adoption of health information technology. Working collaboratively, the project team will provide web-based tools and other resources to inform, educate and train physicians in the selection, implementation and meaningful use of certified EHR technology. This project will target physicians who do not qualify for services through the REC, are not ready for REC services or are on the waiting list for REC services.
