PSO Services: Innovative Physician-led Models of Care

PSO Services, LLC is a physician-led organization focused on helping physicians and physician-led organizations remain independent while making the transition to value-based care. It was formed by the three largest state medical associations: California Medical Association, Florida Medical Association and Texas Medical Association. PSO Services’ company objectives are two-fold:

1. Help physicians improve quality, embrace value-based care and build financial strength
2. Bring scalable solutions to solo and mid-size group practices.

This project will consist of the following elements:

• Develop and provide educational and marketing awareness materials for physicians and to distribute these materials to state medical societies to ensure that as many physicians receive these materials as possible
• Conduct webinars to train interested state medical societies on the elements of creating a successful program to help independent physicians and physician-led organizations
• Demonstrate the dynamic relationship between creating physician-led ACOs and MCEs and MACRA
• Prepare an evaluation instrument to assess progress and success in a value-based practice environment
