University Medicine Leadership Academy

The four month program will hold three sessions per month for three hours each. The sessions will be held at Bryant University in the Executive Center. The 12 sessions will cover Interpersonal Communication, Collaboration and Teamwork, Influence and Negotiation, Emotional Intelligence, Managing Conflict, Change Management, Leading as a Coach, Developing Political Savvy, Creating a Culture of Quality, Health Policy, Corporate Communications and Budgeting and Financial Management. Participants will have reading assignments from each class session and a final capstone project will consolidate the work of all sessions.
